I am inspired by the people around me, I am inspired by the sky, by a song or by an Indian summer. Girls I’m painting are characters from the fairytales my grandparents used to read me in my childhood. Everything is related to the time when I was a child (consciously or not). As if everything I’m doing is somehow related to that period.

My characters are nostalgic beings, they have feeling, emotions, anxieties, curiosities, and all these reverberate, where else but in their big eyes. I love each of them and each of them has their story to tell.
